An Update from Belize

Canoeing through the Barton Creek Cave

Greetings from Belize!

We’re on our fourth full day of Pivot Belize, so I wanted to take a minute to update you on how things are going.

We kicked things off on Sunday morning with a great workshop diving deeper into everyone's unique strengths. Yesterday we uncovered hidden motivations critical to happiness and success in the workplace. Over some great conversation, everyone has had key realizations around what they want and need from future roles and environments.

“I love our Pivot group - it's been great to see how each of our strengths are different, and how we all bring different qualities to our work and even to this trip. The group work is powerful!" - Barbara

But we can’t forget the awesome adventures!

There was canoeing through the Barton Creek Cave, and chocolate making with local cocoa beans. Some have hiked through the Mountain Pine Ridge Forest and others the famous Actun Tunichil Muknal cave. The group also ventured to Guatemala for a day to see the impressive Mayan ruins of Tikal. And we’ve gorged on local cuisine and the local Belizean beer and rum!
