Could you use some tools and tactics to be a more effective manager?
Do you ever experience frustration or conflict with team members and need clear strategies for working through tensions?
Are you a new manager who wants to make sure you're doing all you can to set your team up for success?
Pivot's Strengths-Based Management Workshop gives managers the opportunity to gain a deeper awareness of their management style, the dynamics of their team or staff they manage, and learn actionable strategies for strengthening their management abilities.
How does it work?
First, you'll take the Gallup CliftonStrengths (aka StrengthsFinder), a globally recognized assessment tool that helps you build self-awareness and language around your unique talents and strengths.
You'll be guided through reflections and exercises to help you go deeper and think more concretely about how these talents influence your management style and the ways you work with people you manage.
Next, you'll clarify opportunities for growth as a manager and work through challenges you're facing with a clearer understanding of the underlying causes.
Finally, you'll learn the top three best-practices of great managers and walk away with specific actions and strategies you can start using immediately that will increase productivity and drive meaningful, positive results for your team.
